Ans:  Surah Baqrah Ch 2 Verse 285-286.(Last two verses of Surah Baqrah).

An-Nawawi (r.a) entitled a chapter of his commentary on “Saheeh Muslim” as: “Urging people to recite the last two verses of Al-Baqarah” and he mentioned a number of Ahadeeth, among which is the Hadeeth narrated by ‘Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood (r.a) that the Prophet (pbuh) was given on the night of Israa’ (Prophet’s night journey to Jerusalem and his ascension to the seventh heaven) three things: “He was given the five daily obligatory prayers, he was given the last verses of Chapter Al-Baqarah, and the one who does not associate anything with Allaah from his nation, his great sins will be forgiven.”

There is a Hadeeth with the wording: “I was given these last verses of Soorat Al-Baqarah from a treasure under the Throne. None before me has been given them, and none after me will be given them.” This Hadeeth was narrated by An-Nasaa’i in As-Sunan Al-Kubra and Ibn Hibbaan in As-Saheeh. Al-Arna’oot said: “Its chain of narrators is Saheeh (sound) according to the conditions of a Saheeh Hadeeth.”
